Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Komatha Crow Feeds for your spiritual and ancestral rituals. Each seva is performed with care, preparation, and sacred intention. Because rituals involve advance arrangements, priest scheduling, and specific tithi-based timings, our return and refund guidelines are unique to the nature of these services.
Non-Refundable Ritual Services
All ritual bookings — including Cow Feeding, Crow Feed, Fish Feed, and Pitru Paksha / Shradh ceremonies — are non-refundable once scheduled.
This is because:

Priests and temple staff are prepared in advance

Ritual materials (food, offerings, items) are purchased early

Specific tithi or planetary dates are blocked for you

Seva preparations begin immediately after your booking
Continuous Support for Devotees
Rescheduling & Modifications
We offer one complimentary reschedule for any ritual if notified at least 24 hours in advance, provided the seva is not tied to a single auspicious date. For time-sensitive rituals, rescheduling depends on the availability of the next suitable tithi.
Cancellations Prior to Confirmation
If you cancel before your ritual date is fixed, you may choose between a 50% refund or a full credit to use for any future seva. Credits do not expire and can be applied at any time.
If a Ritual Cannot Be Completed
In rare situations—such as extreme weather, temple closures, priest issues, or technical disruptions—we will reschedule at no cost or issue a full credit toward another offering. Refunds are considered only in exceptional cases.
Live Streaming & Recordings
If a live stream is not possible due to temple connectivity, you will receive complete recorded footage and photos, and the seva will be considered fulfilled.
Consultation Calls
WhatsApp consultations with Mrs. Vasanthi Viswanathan are always free, allowing devotees to understand the recommended ritual before purchasing. Once your seva preparation begins, standard policies apply.
